This review will be about the food.Overall the food is good. I started with the Caesar wedge. Very good.I had the roast Haddock. This was very flavorful. Richard had the Pork Saltimbocca, huge portion. Very good. For dessert we had the Cookie sundae & Chocolate cake. Both were good, but a fruit compote would have make the cake a bit better.

We had an absolutely lovely comfortable restful stay at Adair after three days of hiking. The service both for room and dining was exceptionally excellent and pleasant. Food was delicious. The beds and property grounds were heavenly. Hope to come there again.
